  August 31, 2011 – 5:29 am MSM Tour – highlight of the trip,The other couple for this tour was a no-show so we had the guide and day to ourselves. Our guide was absolutely wonderful and our private tour of Brittany was great. We could not recall her name but she was a local girl who had many interesting stories for us during th transfers. Saint-Malo and Dinan were very interesting and it was a great day so walking around these old towns was fun. MSM was equally terrific, a very busy day at the abbey. Nonetheless our guide was there ontime and our transfer to the train at Rennes was like clockwork. We let her know how much we appreciated her for the day.

(ST MICHEL & NORMANDY) ALSO YOUR SUGGESTION OF VISITING AYEUX, BEFORE THE NORMANDY TOUR FROM CAEN. IT WAS WORTH GETTING UP SO EARLY TO SEE. WE DIDN’T HAVE TIME TO TAKE IN LUNCH AT THE FINE SUGGESTIONS YOU HAD SENT US, FOR THERE WAS SO MUCH TO SEE IN BAYEUX.BOTH OUR GUIDES WERE JUST GREAT !!! AND YOU SAID WE WOULDN’T GET A RIDE BACK TO THE STATION, THE TOUR WAS RUNNING 45 MINUTES LATE SO THE GUIDE VOLUNTEERED , EVEN THOUGH , AS YOU HAD MENTIONED , THEY DON’T DO IT, BUT WE WOULD HAVE MISSED OUR TRAIN BACK TO PARIS. THANKS ONCE AGAIN FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND IF YOU NEED ANY RECOMMENDATIONS , I’D BE GLAD TO GIVE ONE.
