Day Trips From Paris and Paris Tours
- Cancel more than 7 days before your tour date and you receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 to 3 days before your tour date and you receive a 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 3 days before your tour date, or miss the tour, and the booking is non-refundable.
Overnight and multi-day tours
- Cancel more than 30 days before your tour date and you receive a full refund.
- Cancel 30 to 7 days before your tour date and you receive a 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 7 days before your tour date, or miss the tour, and the booking is non-refundable.
Rail tickets included in your tour follow the same terms as the tour. One booking, one policy.
Private and custom tours have their own terms, listed on each tour page. Call 424-386-5222 or email us if the tour page does not list them.
All refunds are subject to a 4% fee to cover credit card processing costs.
Email us or call 424-386-5222 as soon as you know you cannot go, so we can credit you properly.
Your card at booking
When you book online, your card is authorized for the total amount of your order and charged only when we confirm your booking. The emailed receipt is not your ticket or voucher. We send travel vouchers and rail tickets when we confirm your booking.
Changes to your booking
Some changes to the original itinerary are possible and are made at the discretion of LinkParis.com. If a supplier cannot accommodate a change, the cancellation terms above apply.
Why we charge cancellation fees
Our tours are small group or private tours. We add vehicles and staff based on demand, and our partners in France pass cancellation fees on to us, so the fees above are mandatory.
Liability
You cannot claim an indemnity if a cancellation is imposed by an act of God or by any reason relating to your safety. You cannot claim an indemnity or repayment if you shorten or interrupt your trip for any reason, including strikes and medical repatriation, and unused services are not reimbursed. Civil or religious celebrations, strikes, and demonstrations in France may change a tour or visit, and the organizer is not liable for those changes. The agent and tour provider are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or luggage, or for repatriation in case of serious illness, death, or accident. Buy travel insurance before you travel.
