2. Scope
2.1 These LinkParis GTC apply to all users of LinkParis.com. By booking a tour or activity through our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

2.2 LinkParis.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.3 The use of LinkParis.com is for personal travel bookings only. The resale of tickets and tours is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed.

3. Booking and Service Agreements
3.1 Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed, and you receive a confirmation email with your voucher/ticket.

3.2 Prices listed on LinkParis.com include applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Some tours may require additional local payments for certain services (such as nominal local hotel taxes).

4. Cancellations and Changes

4.2 Any refund issued will be processed using the original payment method.

7. User Content and Reviews
7.1 Users may leave reviews and ratings for activities they have experienced.

7.2 LinkParis.com reserves the right to remove reviews that contain offensive, misleading, or promotional content.

8. Data Protection

9. Dispute Resolution

9.2 For U.S. residents, disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. A waiver of class action rights applies.
