What happens after I book? We will contact you to confirm your flight and drop-off details. Please add as much detail as possible into the “Anything we should know?” section of the shopping cart when booking and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Are reservations required? Yes, please book within 72 hours of your flight.
What if my flight is delayed? The driver always tracks this and will wait, or return to pick you up if the delay is substantial.
Where do I find the driver? You will clear customs and collect your luggage. Outside this secure area, your driver will be waiting with your name on a sign. You will also have the phone number of the transfer company should the need arise to contact them.
What if there are different arrival times for our group? Within a 60 minute window, this can work. If two hours or more, we recommend two pickups.
Will I have a name and contact phone number upon confirmation? Within 48 hours of your flight departure, we will email this information.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Due to the small group aspect of all of our tours, our cancellation policy is as follows. More than 7 days before tour date – 100% refundable; from 7 to 3 days before tour date – 50% refundable; less than 3 days – non-refundable. If cancelling please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can credit you properly.
